You Should Put a Price on Your Services

Accountants have been addicted to timesheets for years. Causing all sorts of problems that I've discussed plenty here.

But we are living in times where the AI is changing what the customer needs.

They are looking for certainty and an answer far quicker than they did 5 years ago.

So you need to price for that. You need to make it commensurate with the expectation too. So they can whip out their phone, find the nearest accountant that specialises in their problem and make a decision before they pick up the phone.

I'm sure if you test pricing a roadmapping discovery session you'll start getting the feedback loop on other items you can put a price on.
